You keep taking my money, and I already paid you. I need my money back today! You've taken it two days in a row when I paid you on direct deposit on my pay day, and the card was locked!

They said they deposited $150 but they only deposited $75 and they’re going to make me pay the money that I didn’t receive back. I would not recommend Dave to my worst enemy.
- - They claimed two $75 deposits, but only one was deposited.
- - As a result, I now owe $160.
- - There has been no resolution or human support, only an AI.
They said that they deposited $75 into my account twice; they, in fact, only deposited $75 into my account once. Now I owe them $160. They have done nothing to resolve the issue; of course, there's not a human being to talk to, only a stupid-ass AI.

I want my bank account deleted off and my money back today
They went through my account and took what they didn't need and charged my account twice and I knew they had the money and still trying to get extra money from me and won't give it back.

- - Prefers calling over text for lost/stolen cards; 24-hour replies are slow.
- - Card unused about 10 months; three unfamiliar logins occurred.
I called before the lost or stolen card I don't like doing it by text message that it's like 24 hours before you get a response and I don't like how they're doing that reporting it's not right you should be able to call it in and cancel your card or do whatever you need to do it's the first time I've used this card and I don't know probably 10 months and it was three additional logins which I did not do just a mess and the guy says well I'll have to call you back why

My account is on security hold
- - Account is on hold for security; the user doesn’t understand why.

Resolved: Acct closed
My account is closed, yet I've been billed monthly for their service, and there is absolutely no way to contact them. I've sent several emails with no response.
I'm now filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Do not use!!!

- - Dave locked my card for suspected activity; it won't unlock for at least five days.
- - Tonight at 12 AM, automatic payments may fail due to the lock.
Dave locked my card because they said there was suspicious activity. I never reported that I need my card unlocked right now because I owe bills that come out automatic tonight at 12 AM.
They wont unlock my card for at least five days.
This is complete *** I can confirm anything they want right now but they wont allow me so they keep saying I need to do it in five days. This is complete ***
