My account is not working Ill called gave my card number and it said its not working I also have money in my account an my goals account customer service does not answer when I put my card number in its says it doesnt recognize it although its the right card number

I opened a new bank account in July and set up my direct deposit for my check to go into that checking account, however, the Dave app won't let me change my bank until I pay off my cash advance with my old bank which has a balance of zero. There's more than enough to cover it with my new bank account and the attached debit card, however, that is not an option.

Once I get squared away with this Dave account, I'm closing it and deleting it.

I've had problems with it from day one. Not user friendly at all and customer service leaves a great deal to be desired.

They close your account for no reason because of transactions you have done before. Then give the excuse it unusual activity. Then you have to wait for 14 days before they give you your money. To dam lazy to turn the card on so you can take your money out. Not good for a social security person who only lives on it.

I never got to speak to an actual person jus their AI bot..dave banking is a shady app and I will spend the rest of my time on this earth telling people they are a shady business...I transferred a good chunk of money to my dave account not seconds after doing so..I get an email that my account is closed and I have to wait 60 days to get my money back..which I am sure that is not gonna happen..chalk it up to hard lessoned learned..

The 2 reps i spoke with were rude, spoke over me and would not listen when i could speak. Neither would escalate the phone call. When i finally did get a supervisor Nicole she at first seemed like she would assist then she to did the same and spoke over me and made a point of not listening. Literally I was yelling to try to get her to stop talking. She made it clear that she was hostile and not going to assist me. I will be contacting corporate offices and sending a letter to ceo of Dave to inform him of the standard of excellence his employees practice.

I think the service really sucks because you can't say things to a automated system that can say to a live person because if it hear something similar to what saying you have to keep repeating yourself until it understands I think a live agent is far better I been trying to resolve a issue I have since last Friday and has called me I just get emails for surveys I in the mist of this someone can take the time to help me to resolve my issues
