Dave stole money out of personal bank account without my authorization or approval then said I was getting a refund and I never received the refund and I never even got a loan from this company I was denied so what makes them think they can deny my loan but turn around and steal money out of my personal bank account so I've contacted a lawyer last week and he's working my case
They claim to give me a refund but yet it's not in my account and they never should've went into my account without my authorization I guess they think I would pay attention to my account and missing money but I have my bank app on my phone so no one can steal out my account and I don't no about it cause I get direct messages to my phone after every transaction,this is a horrible stealing *** company never ever use them if you want to borrow money go to cash app it's faster better and low interest rate on paying back to them but please don't use them they are dishonest thieves!!

My money was taken out of my account, I reported the unauthorized transactions and they broke it up into 2 cases. One totalling $1,293 and $190.
I was informed that only the $190 was eligible for a provisional credit on the tenth day if they could not resolve it by then. Of course, they didn't care and didn't want to do anything. They didn't do any investigation. They flat out denied my money being refunded they were rude the entire time and they were not empathetic at all.
I have proof but they didn't say they needed it or anything else I provided a police report number and I went to idemtitytheft.gov and they said "we see your card was locked and unlocked so therefore your claim is denied you will not receive any provisional credit and then case is closed". I called so many times to see what I should do to help they just said nothing there was always silence on the other end, they hung up on me several times i don't have bad reception. And they told me the night before I should of just gotten my money back that they didn't need anything were always so uncaring so rude and just wanted to not talk to me. I have been a Dave customer over 14 years.
Im changing banks. Because after all thse years I can only get a very small advance and it doesn't matter if you pay it back so many companies are such crooks. But they don't want to do any work, it almost seems as if the people who work there have absolutely no history of working in banking, it's so hard to get anyone on the phone and then they act like children and that they have no idea what they are even doing. They got everything I told them all mixed up because they don't care.
They probably are playing video games while pretending to talk to me because most the time no one was even paying attention. But it's not their money so they didn't care. I want my money back. They didn't check anything the information I gave them was useless because they didn't check one thing and I feel so cheated.
I have had my share of issues with them but this is the worst and the worst customer service ever. I don't recommend banking with them ot getting any advances because you won't get much of anything anyway. Im filing complaints rather than try to deal with their uneducated meathead employees and their attitudes are so bad so careless and they lied about everything. Im done with using them for anything.
I want my money back and I have to find other options because these are probably high school drop outs that work there because they are so uneducated on how banking works.
Im.in disbelief at how little they care too. Smdh

I called before the lost or stolen card I don't like doing it by text message that it's like 24 hours before you get a response and I don't like how they're doing that reporting it's not right you should be able to call it in and cancel your card or do whatever you need to do it's the first time I've used this card and I don't know probably 10 months and it was three additional logins which I did not do just a mess and the guy says well I'll have to call you back why
