- Prefers calling over text for lost/stolen cards; 24-hour replies are slow.
- Card unused about 10 months; three unfamiliar logins occurred.
I called before the lost or stolen card I don't like doing it by text message that it's like 24 hours before you get a response and I don't like how they're doing that reporting it's not right you should be able to call it in and cancel your card or do whatever you need to do it's the first time I've used this card and I don't know probably 10 months and it was three additional logins which I did not do just a mess and the guy says well I'll have to call you back why

I had an account with them before it came overdue.
They closed my account. Everything is in good standing now for me however, they still havent given me opportunity to engage with them.

I HAVE BEEN CHARGED TWICE FOR A SERVICE THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. REQUEST A REFUND ON BOTH AND DISCONTINUE ANY AND ALL SERVICES.

- Dave locked my card for suspected activity; it won't unlock for at least five days.
- Tonight at 12 AM, automatic payments may fail due to the lock.
Dave locked my card because they said there was suspicious activity. I never reported that I need my card unlocked right now because I owe bills that come out automatic tonight at 12 AM.
They wont unlock my card for at least five days.
This is complete *** I can confirm anything they want right now but they wont allow me so they keep saying I need to do it in five days. This is complete ***

- Two days ago they tried to charge my account again.

I do not have a Dave account I have been charged over and over even disputed the charges this was a month ago and yet 2 days ago they tried to take money from my account again. How do I make them stop ?

I have an important question. My question is: I tried to deposit the $75 loan in my bank account but pushed the wrong account. It went on the Dave Mastercard, but I don't have a card.
How can I transfer this loan into my account without getting double charged? I ordered a Dave card but never received it.

Very good so far. I'm still waiting for the issue to be resolved. My experience with them has been very good.
Tried to take my money a day after I settled my loan payment. This happened twice and put me in a NSF status.
A human being should have answered my call instead of recording after recording.
Why should I write at lease 100symbols when I already stated the issue. Im not typing it again.
